Bottles are no match for the Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise bottle opener! It is perfectly shaped to pop off any metal lid and fits nicely in your hands. It is sturdy and will last many years of use.
The opener is officially licensed and was made in several colors. Silver is the most common color you will find, but you might also see it in white, black, or gold. Regardless of the color you choose your Starship will have "U.S.S. Enterprise NCC - 1701" etched on the front of the saucer.
I want to mention something about the colored bottle openers. I suspect that the colors are painted on and I can't help but wonder if the paint will chip off with use. Just something to think about, especially if you plan on giving this as a gift to someone.
The bottle opener comes in a nice box that you can use to store the opener when not in use. Or, you can find a nice place to dock the ship on your kitchen counter or a bookshelf so you can enjoy your unique kitchen gadget. If nothing else, leaving it out is a sure way to find out which of your friends are Trekkies!
