I'm not sure if there are kitchens on the U.S.S. Enterprise. The reason I'm unsure is because the ship uses a replicator to make food so there might not be a need for kitchens and the various gadgets that are commonly found in them, such as cutting boards.
However, those of us still on Earth have a lot of kitchen gear and boards to cut on are found in most of them. Most boards are flat items that you cut on. But I found a board that is as much a piece of art as it is functional.
The U.S.S. Enterprise cutting board is double-sided. When the flat side is on top and you have a nice sized cutting board made of bamboo. Turn it over so that the cutting area is on the bottom and you've got a cheese and cracker tray in the shape of Star Trek's flagship.
The auxiliary engines (the two long parts on the back of the ship) hold a secret. Pull them out and you will see a hidden knife and fork! Magnets keep the knife and fork in place when they are attached to the ship. The grooves in the back of the tray are perfect for holding crackers, while the hull of the ship is where you can arrange meat and cheese. This is an absolute must-have item for any Trekkie!
